Customer Services Co-Ordinator
Maternity Cover (9-12 months)
08.30-5.00, full time, Linton near Cambridge
The busy sales office of a long-established business is looking for a customer-focused sales and admin professional to join its growing team.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment is essential along with strong organizational and selling skills and a meticulous eye for detail. You must have the desire to deliver excellent customer service and the ability to multitask under pressure.
You will act as main point of contact for existing customers and prospects, dealing with queries, preparing invoices, chasing payments, collecting payment for proformas and arranging deliveries.
You will possess a confident and professional telephone manner and have excellent sales and IT skills. Experience within wholesale or retail environments and understanding of financial processes would be an advantage.
Preferably multilingual (German, Spanish, Italian in addition to English)
Excellent Microsoft skills – intermediate excel essential
Familiar with the use of databases as well as CMS (Customer Management Systems)
Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with confidential, financial information
Able to work as part of a dispersed team
Must be diplomatic and remain calm under pressure
Commission on sales

Providing administrative support at exhibitions – approximately 5 per year (including weekends)
General Office duties, including updating website daily
